I applied in July and over a month later the company reached out to me to schedule an HR phone screen. The role was a stretch, but not totally unfeasible. I would say i was a 7/10 match. Whatever gaps I think could easily be learned on the job. I was asked a lot of questions for an HR screen. Probably 10, and only 1 or 2 were actually about qualifications related to the position itself. Had initial phone screen which was pretty quick. Recruiter set me up with a 30 min interview with the hiring manager which went great.
