The role was a stretch, but not totally unfeasible. I would say i was a 7/10 match. Whatever gaps I think could easily be learned on the job. I was asked a lot of questions for an HR screen. Probably 10, and only 1 or 2 were actually about qualifications related to the position itself. The rest were very generic - where do you see yourself in 5 years, what motivates you, etc. Definitely didn't feel like the recruiter got a good sense of if I could actually do the job or…
