I applied in July and over a month later the company reached out to me to schedule an HR phone screen. It went ok and the recruiter wanted to setup a call with the hiring manager (VP of Planning) the following week. She also didn't know who the hiring manager was and when she found her name didn't know how to pronounce it. That was the first red flag.
